Be alert. Residual salary arrears claimants of Nwoya DLG who were not paid in April 2019 do not despair. Soon something more intriguing that will at leaXst double your claims is in the offing. Keep fingers crossed.

Why does the government post public officers away from their district of origin and ethnicity? There is too much tribalism in Uganda. As a salary arrears claimant of Nwoya district how can my name plus those of 31 others disappear and that of 72 others of later years be included and paid? And by 12/6/2019 a new submission with my name included was still being prepared for submission to MoFPED. Will our claims get cleared this FY 2018/19? If not I pray you stick to policy that money returned to the consolidated fund becomes a responsibility of the responsible MDA to clear. I'm already looking at the official vehicles of the CAO and LCV for attachment by a Court bailiff for clearance of my claims. I regret joining public service if this is how I'll continue to suffer; imagine for all the eight years. It's very demoralising.
